Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Ivory Bloom Mystery Scoops, each order is prepared with care. Because our products are mystery-based and inventory is purchased and reserved specifically for customer orders, please review our cancellation policy before placing your order.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, all orders are considered final and are no longer eligible for cancellation or refund due to a change of mind, processing time, or no longer wanting the order.

Processing Time

Our standard processing time is 4-6 weeks from the date your order is placed. Processing time is the time needed to prepare, scoop, pack, and ship your order and does not include carrier transit time.

An order will not be eligible for cancellation or refund solely because it has not shipped yet if it is still within the stated 4-6 week processing window.

Once an order has been prepared or scooped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Mystery Items

Because Ivory Bloom Mystery Scoops are mystery-based products, specific items, colors, styles, or designs are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated. Preferences may be considered when possible but cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Ivory Bloom Mystery Scoops as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Any exceptions to this policy will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Ivory Bloom Mystery Scoops.
